Consultations:

We charge a small fee for all standalone consultations. However, for all bookings related to colour and extension services, we offer a complimentary consultation to ensure every detail meets your desires. Secure this personalised planning session with a deposit, marking the first step towards your bespoke style transformation.

Chemical Services:

At Elevate, we prioritise the long-term health of your hair and scalp. We reserve the right to refuse any service that may compromise this commitment.

Age Policy:

Chemical services are available only for guests aged 16 and above. To maintain a serene ambiance, we welcome guests aged 11 and older for all other services.

Booking Deposit:

Secure your Elevate experience with a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or our online booking portal.

Punctuality:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. A fee of £15 will be charged for each additional 15-minute delay, and rescheduling may result in the loss of your deposit.

Skin Test Requirement:

A mandatory skin test 48 hours prior to colour services is essential for your safety and satisfaction.

Pre-Appointment Preparation:

Please arrive with detangled hair to ensure we can begin enhancing your beauty immediately. Additional detangling, if required, will incur a fee.

Policy on No-Shows:

If you miss your appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited.

Extra Guests:

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we request that no extra guests or children accompany you during your visit.

Vlogging Policy:

Please seek permission for filming or vlogging during your visit at the time of booking.
